You guide our Competence Team Transport + Urban Construction with currently 5 employees professionally and disciplinary As a team leader, you are part of our leadership circle “Red Circle” and take active influence on sustainable and innovative business development You work and conduct independent construction projects of road and transport systems of various sizes over all phases of the HOAI 1-9 As our:e specialist, you keep an overview of the diverse and complex requirements of the stakeholders involved, the timetable, the cost-effectiveness and any aspects of environmental and resource protection and share your expertise with your colleagues.

You bring a completed study in civil engineering (or a comparable qualification) and at least five years of professional experience in German civil engineering and road construction with You have already successfully managed teams professionally or disciplinaryly and it is fun to develop people and lead them to common goals You can safely move in all phases of the HOAI and have experience in the independent management of construction projects You have profound knowledge in a common CAD software such as BricsCAD, VESTRA or comparable programs You communicate in German (C1 level), both in the team and with external partners
