Site Manager Civil Engineering Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Monitoring of the construction design with regard to conformity with permits, contracts, execution documents, technical regulations and the generally accepted rules of technology Control of material deliveries, in particular the materials of the line zone and the plastic pipes for the cable empty tubes Coordination with contractors, specialist building managers and other parties involved in object monitoring to ensure an orderly flow of information and construction Participation in the review and updating of schedules taking into account building, weather and seasonal influences Control of the building sequence documentation, in particular digital building day reports and special events during the construction design Examination and preparation of allowances and assistance in audits of accounts and compensation of the performances carried out with the contractually agreed amounts and contributions Organisation and monitoring of the decreases in construction services, detection of defects and preparation of a recommendation for acceptance Technical advice in the examination of disability and additional cost indicators and support of project management in technical and contractual issues

(m/w/d), in geoscientists (m/w/d) (e.g. geology, geoecology, soil science, geography), hydrologists (m/w/d), economists (m/w/d) with technical reference or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience (approximately 2–5 years) in infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in road construction, cable deep construction or road construction Experience in building monitoring and project management of large-scale projects in earth and civil engineering Knowledge of the procurement and contracting regulations for construction services (VOB/B) and understanding of their application in the construction process expertise in ground and ground construction, in particular according to DIN 18196 and ZTV E-StB, and experience in the assessment of soil loadability, compaction and recultivation Knowledge of environmental and nature protection law (e.g. KrWG, BNatSchG, FFH directive, UVPG) and experience in dealing with compensation and replacement measures Experience in the management and monitoring of service providers and in cooperation with construction companies, authorities and engineering offices knowledge of trenchless construction processes (e.g. HDD or pipe propulsion) as well as in sustainable and floor-friendly constructions Good knowledge of German (at least B2) in word and writing as well as a structured and independent way of working
