A completed study in electrical engineering, communications technology, mechatronics or something comparable. Knowledge in circuit design, software development and power electronics. Experience with communication interfaces, testing and validation methods. You have leadership experience, work structured and bring technical depth. You think entrepreneurial, forward-looking and communicate clearly – in the team and beyond. Standards such as DIN EN 60598, ENEC or CE are ideally familiar to you.

You lead and develop our interdisciplinary development team. You work on the next generation of our products – technologically leading, safety-relevant and future-oriented. In doing so, you combine innovation with understanding – for products, processes and people. Your tasks: You take over the professional and professional leadership of the development team. You develop electronic assemblies (analog & digital) for our systems. You are responsible for embedded software (C/C++) and power electronics – from idea to test. You'll find modern communication interfaces such as DALI, ZigBee or LON. You select and evaluate new battery and storage technologies. You develop lighting solutions with focus on LED optics and lenses. You control the entire development process, including project management and resource planning. You ensure that our products meet relevant standards and legal requirements. You will follow technological trends and market demands – and you will bring them into the team. JOBV1_EN
