We need you

As a central contact point, you support customers, partners and colleagues in technical inquiries about our product Incidents and Service Requests Analyse yourself and develop suitable solutions You work closely with product, operating and project managers and ensure compliance with quality standards and SLAs You keep the overall process in mind and actively advance its optimization In communication with our customers, you desire reliable, independent and proactive With your daily user contact, you provide valuable feedback on the continuous improvement of our solutions

You have a completed training or a completed study ideally in the medical IT field or a comparable qualification You bring first experience in application and software support, ideally in the eHealth / Hospital IT environment with You have a pronounced service orientation, communication strength and structured, independent working A high problem-solving capability and the ability to convey technical topics clearly and addressably are among your strengths You have great interest in process design and optimisation and bring the willingness to work hard and readiness Values like openness, friendliness, motivation and reliability are important to you For our solutions and mission to bring digital progress into health care Ideally, you already have experiences with ITIL You have very good German and good English skills
