Responsibility for a smooth production process and achievement of the production targets, including planning and organisation of the employee deployment Professional and disciplinary guidance of a defined layer New employees and coordination of training Keeping of daily shopfloor meetings, close cooperation with the team management and the common definition of corrective measures in case of deviations Operational cooperation in the production of serial products, prototypes and new developments, possibly in clean room environment Continuous quality assurance of medical components by visual inspection under the microscope and maintenance and maintenance of plants and machines
