In your current activity you consider and judge tax matters from the perspective of the financial administration. In this position, you change the perspective and see how tax decisions are prepared, implemented and accompanied in an international company. Your knowledge of the large-scale and consolidated audit is expressly required. Among other things, You deal with: national and international tax issues of a group of companies, the assessment of new tax rules and their practical implementation; tax risks,tax compliance and the further development of appropriate structures, preparation and monitoring of tax audits – in future on the company side, settlement prices and international corporate structures, tax issues related to annual accounts, tax returns and tax balances; international projects and M&A transactions; the advice of management and departments in tax decisions. This will extend your previous audit perspective to the operational and entrepreneurial side of tax law.

Then your previous professional background could be particularly interesting for us. We are specifically addressing tax experts who are today, for example, large-scale auditer, Group auditor, auditor, International Tax Law Reviewer, specialist examiner for billing prices, Head of property/in audit, Diploma financial institution or Referent/in with a focus on enterprise or Group tax law. Your experience is particularly interesting if you have already examined major medium-sized companies, internationally active companies or corporations and have worked intensively with corporation tax, international tax law, billing prices, restructurings, workshops or complex corporate structures. A previous activity in a corporate tax department, Big4 company or tax consultancy is not a prerequisite. Your tax expertise, your understanding of complex corporate structures and your interest in bringing your knowledge to the company in future are crucial.
