Our job is to ensure the correct application of the complex accounting and tax regulations and to create correct and complete financial statements in cooperation with our financial service provider and thus to ensure financial transparency in the Group. We develop uniform processes and guidelines for accounting and tax topics.

You are responsible with other experts for the harmonisation, standardization and automation of major accounting and other financial accounting processes in the group-wide introduction of S4/HANA You verify local process requirements and ensure optimal adaptation to group-wide standards You prepare and carry out trainings for key users so that relevant teams are perfectly prepared for new processes and systems You accompany process changes by creating appropriate technical concepts for IT and by testing the corresponding developments You support our team in creating monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to IFRS and HGB

completed studies in the field of economics, finance or comparable qualifications (Bilance Accountant; ACCA; CINA etc)

Multiannual relevant professional experience in the accounting of an industrial company, in the audit or in-depth advice

Practical experience in standardizing and digitizing accounting processes

Very good SAP FI/CO knowledge, as well as ideal experience in the development of specialist concepts for SAP ECC and/or S4/HANA

A high degree of autonomy, care and quality awareness Good communicative and organizational skills and enforcement

Knowledge of classical or agile project methods is desirable

You like to work in the team and love to develop new solutions

German and very good English skills
