You support incoming drivers: both on their way to professional life and make sure that practice and theory are not a contradiction Technologies like driving simulators are not Bohemian villages for you – you can use them for the lessons The planning and execution of simulator rides and trainings are in your hand; you work side by side with specialist:inside and keep contact with our manufacturers You develop training documents together with your team, introduce ideas and help develop our training offer You keep the progress of the participants firm in mind and are their most important opponent during the training

Your profile:

You have a driving licence (class A, B1 or B2) and at least three years of experience as a driving driver: in – whether in freight, passenger transport or by-car You know the technology and operation of your vehicles as well as the corresponding rules So far you have not been able to gain any teaching experience or educational knowledge. Everything you need for the role of trainer:in you will be taught by us You are open, communicative and can imagine talking about groups – no fear, we all know Flexibility and joy of travel are advantageous, but don't worry: Your weekends and holidays are usually reserved for you You are willing to prove your medical and psychological suitability for the service (the suitability is tested as part of the job)
