24/7 Front Office in the National IT Situation Center (m/f/d)

Permanent observation of the situation in the 24/7 layer system in the information service of the National IT-Lage Centre. Assessment and analysis of the situation development in cooperation with specialists from the specialist departments. Research, analysis and comprehensible processing of technical facts. Qualified acceptance of incident reports and processing within the central reporting units. Single Point of Contact for external and internal positions. Monitoring the media landscape with the focus on relevant news and developments in the IT security situation and the classification into the overall political situation. Assessment of the impact of incidents in close cooperation with the various specialist rebates, e.g. on the availability of critical infrastructures. (e.g. situation reports) to inform and support the various target groups of the BSI. Presentation of the topics relevant to the day and moderation of the discussion in the context of the daily discussion of the situation with the specialist rebates. Communication with the various target groups of the BSI.

A successfully completed technical vocational training with proven relevant, multiannual professional experience or A completed technical study (Diplom FH/Bachelor), alternatively a study (Diplom FH/Bachelor) with information technology components or relevant experience in the field of information technology (e.g. technical journalism) or A multiannual professional experience in a 24/7 location centre, a strong personal interest in information technology and the willingness to develop in this area. You are ready to work with colleagues in a fully continuous 24/7 layer system (also on weekends and holidays). You are characterised by an independent way of working, self-initiative, high service orientation and consulting competencies vis-à-vis our target groups, as well as strong cooperation and communication skills. You cannot be easily rested and can also work in tight situations concentrated and targeted. You are technologically acquiring and ready to work quickly into new topics and technical contexts, through their own research.
