Client Administrator Modern Workplace (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operation and further development of our client/endpoint management, focusing on Windows 11 (including policies, baselines and standardization). You drive forward the development of the client standard: standardized deployment, consistent configurations, rollout/update strategies as well as clean operating documentation. You operate baramundi comprehensively – including OS deployment, software distribution, patch/update management and hardware and software inventory. You administrate our UEM/MDM environments (e.g. Microsoft Intune and/or Workspace ONE (AirWatch)) and implement security and access concepts in the Endpoint context – especially Conditional Access. You plan, operate and optimise our Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS/Terminalserver) (without Citrix) incl. Stability, performance and troubleshooting. You are responsible for Endpoint Security Management (including Endpoint Protector) and supports policy, operation and rollouts. You automate recurring tasks in operation with PowerShell. In addition to internal IT, you also enter third-party customers: service-oriented, binding in communication and structured in incident/change situations. Remarkable: Support for the operation of conference technology (Microsoft Surface Hub, Teams Rooms, Poly Studio).

Multiannual experience in client/endpoint management (Windows), ideal in an operating/service environment Very good knowledge of Windows 11 operation, standardization and policy/baseline management Found experience with baramundi (OS deployment, software distribution, patch management, inventory) Very good knowledge of Microsoft RDS/Terminal servers Very good PowerShell knowledge for automation and administration Good understanding of modern access controls in the endpoint/modern workplace context, especially conditional access Experience in Endpoint Security (ideally Endpoint Protector) is advantageous Structured, independent working and clear communication in German and English
