NC programmer for milling & turning technology (m/f/d)

For our international customer company we are looking for NC programmers for technology milling & (m/w/d). The company is an international technology group operating in the field of machinery, equipment, software, measuring instruments and much more.

Your tasks

• Creation of NC programs for CNC milling centers or CNC lathes using CAD/CAM software (3D and 2D technology) for complex components with small batch sizes
• Testing and adaptation of technical drawings and 3D models using CAD/CAM software
• Simulation of production processes and implementation of collision considerations
• Maintenance of processing times, manufacturing aids and process-relevant data in work plans • Defining and standardizing machining strategies for part families. For this purpose, the respective optimal operating means (tools, clamping means, devices) are selected independently and, if necessary, are requested or constructed using CAD.
• Selection, request or CAD-based design of suitable equipment and maintenance of the associated system data
• Testing and optimization of NC programs with regard to process reliability, throughput times and production costs
• Participation in the further development of production processes according to Lean methods as well as consulting the construction for manufacturing feasibility
• implementation of fault analyses in quality deviations and derivation of appropriate measures
• detection, documentation and transmission of error messages in the software used (e.g. OPUS) for troubleshooting

Your profile

• Very good knowledge of the machining of complex components and a multi-year professional experience in machining
• Experiences with 3D programming systems (e.g. OPUS)
• Very good understanding of NC texts ideally for Siemens & Rowing control, e.g. also by location programming
• Basic knowledge with CAD software, ideally Siemens NX
• Secure user knowledge MS Office / Teams
• SAP P 90 Basic knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• ability to read and interpret technical documents such as drawings and schematics
