Leitung Operations Engineering (m/f/d)

Construction & Work Planning: Responsibility for drawing and work planning, optimization of master data and work planning rules, and coordination of construction principles with F&E. Production planning: Responsibility for transferring customer requirements into economically meaningful production plans based on a narrow-pass-oriented planning logic. Analysis and optimization of throughput times, stocks and capacity utilization as well as development of suitable planning strategies to increase output and delivery reliability.

Complete engineering studies, a further training to the technician or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in work planning or Production planning, ideally in a metalworking company. Routinizes in handling ERP systems of production planning (e.g. proALPHA) and MES systems (e.g. HYDRA). IT affinity as well as experience in dealing with common statistical methods and evaluating key figures. Experience in planning and implementing projects is desirable. Good knowledge and safe handling of the current MS Office applications. You work organized, solution-oriented and binding and can bring together different interests. You like to take responsibility, give orientation and develop processes and structures together with your team.
