House Technician/ Caretaker (m/f/d)

For our customers, we are looking for a dedicated home master / home technician (m/w/d), who, with craftsmanship, technical understanding and a look for detail, ensures that buildings and plants remain in a perfect condition at all times.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and maintenance work
• Repair and replacement of doors, windows and other building elements
• Takeover of daily work in the field of domestic engineering
• Control and ensuring the functioning of technical installations
• implementation of small repairs and craft activities
• Contact person for technical issues on site
• Participation in readiness

Requirements:

(m/w/d), mechanic (m/w/d) or other comparable technical training

• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
• A sense of responsibility and economic thinking and action
• Teamability and high operational readiness
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance
• good German skills required
• Class B driving licence
