Working Student (m/w/d) CSR (Focus on Sustainability)

Carglass® in Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2,100 employees, including over 1,600 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 250 employees work at the head office in Cologne, around 170 employees are employed at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. To support the People area, we are looking for a week for 15-20 hours at the next possible time

As a working student (m/w/d) in the CSR management, you will participate in the further development of our sustainability strategy, sustainability evaluation and CSR reporting (GRI/Focus). You support the topic of sustainability and our GIVING BACK Foundation in the field of internal media design and communication, including the Intranet, the internal newsletter and our website. You also work on the planning and implementation of internal events and actions and take an active part in the daily business

You are a enrolled master student (m/w/d) of economic, environmental, communication, humanities and ideally have first knowledge of corporate responsibility/CSR You are strong in communication, you can organize well and interest yourself in the topic of sustainability and how this is implemented in a company (e.g. SDGs, compliance, resource protection and employee commitment) In addition, you have very good PC skills (especially MS Office) and very good German and English skills
