You support us in the import of our international maritime freight shipments (FCL / LCL).

As a competent contact person, you work closely and trustfully with our customers and agents abroad.

In this context, you are responsible for the acceptance and processing of customer requests and complaints.

In addition, you secure the timely customs processing and ensure the creation of all transport-relevant documents.

The cost-oriented settlement and the billing are also on your agenda.

Your basis is training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services.

Alternatively, you have obtained a comparable qualification - in any case you bring knowledge in the field of sea freight logistics.

You are versed in dealing with MS Office and score with good English in word and writing.
