Responsible management, organisation and further development of the defined workflows in the departments of stationary accounting Management and organisation of patient intake and billing Personnel management and personnel planning as well as operational and strategic personnel development Creation of cost proposals coordination and optimization of processes with different interfaces, e.g. medical controlling, financial accounting, secretariats etc. Takeover of departmental and cross-departmental projects Ensuring continuous and correct accounting Orbis Hospital Information System Care of the hospital information system and implementation of new laws correspondence with health insurance, patients and external service providers Participation in annual work Reporting and reporting
