Your tasks:

They are fit in the CNC programming with VISI-CAM for the processing of serial and prototype tools

They maintain and operate independent CNC milling machines

They work according to drawing and make a separate selection of milling tools

You are responsible for the execution of orders

You are responsible for ready-to-production milling machines

They test workpieces according to drawing and quality specifications

They monitor the production process and, if necessary, intervene in malfunctions

They carry out all pre- and post-work of the milling process as well as waiting and care the machines, plants and tools used

Your profile:

They have completed vocational training in a metal profession - ideally as a machining mechanic or have an additional qualification as a CNC machine (mills)

You have well-founded knowledge and professional experience in the field of CNC programming

You have practical experience in handling 3- and 5-axis machines

They also bring experience with Heidenhain control and/or FIDIA control or Siemens control with

They have a good technical understanding and a high understanding

They are ready for shiftwork

They have a driver's license and passenger car to reach the workplace (of advantage)
