For a lovingly guided children's daycare in Kriftel we are looking for a dedicated pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) for the crib area. The institution accompanies children from 10 months to school entrance -- in an environment that focuses on security, curiosity and individual development.

Your tasks:

• In three groups of cribs with a total of 36 children, you accompany the youngest lovingly in their first steps of development -- from the first words to first friendships.
• The partially open structure gives you educational design space and allows individual promotion of each child at his own pace.
• Close cooperation with a dedicated team as well as a valuable communication with parents are part of your everyday life.

Your profile:

• (m/w/d), childhood education (m/w/d), social education (m/w/d) or a comparable educational qualification.
• Experience in crib work or care of children under three years is desirable.
• Sensitivity, team spirit and pleasure in working with the youngest draw you.
