The Altepflegeheim Martin-Niemöller-Haus is located on the outskirts of Rüsselsheim's city centre in its own park. We serve 133 in four spacious living areas as well as 15 guests in a family day care. We also offer apartments with service. We actively encourage our diverse teams to co-design and we value personal development.

Mission Life is a non-profit company in the context of the deacons. Around 2,500 employees support in 40 facilities in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate people with care needs, with disabilities or in social emergencies as well as children and young people.

You secure our high care and quality standards by monitoring them in day care and continuously developing them You lead, motivate and develop our employees so that a professional and value-adding working environment is created. You ensure professional and needs-oriented care by implementing and continuing the care concept You take responsibility for personnel deployment planning to ensure a reliable and economical supply You are a competent person in the interior and exterior, for example for employees, residents, relatives and external partners

You have completed training as a nursing specialist and a recognised training for nursing care services, so that you act professionally and organizationally safely You bring experience in stationary old aid as well as in leadership and organization and work structured and responsible You have very good computer skills to safely implement planning, control and documentation You identify with social commitment and the values of a diaconic company and understand care as a sin-making task
