ID: REF196Y In our clinic for forensic psychiatry we treat mentally ill adult legal criminals (§ 63 StGB) on their way back to a punishment-free life. The measures are designed to improve and secure and provide high-quality care. You work in the interdisciplinary team, actively contribute to the success of the treatment and take preventive safety tasks. For this purpose, sufficient resources are available to meet the needs of patients. You take over the holistic and individual forensic-psychiatric care of patients. You support the patient's self-sufficiency by specifically supporting them in everyday life and strengthening their resources. Together with the team, you organize and develop therapeutic activities to promote the social skills of patients. You evaluate risks and carry out necessary safeguards if necessary. You have the pleasure of developing and implementing new concepts and organisational forms in psychiatric work. You actively contribute to the multi-professional work context and support the development of team-based work processes. With your professional knowledge and your reflected attitude, you contribute to a safe and valuable treatment environment.

You have a completed three-year training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable nursing qualification (for further profiles see “Further information”). You bring professional, social and personal skills. Responsibility, independent and goal-oriented work and self-responsibility characterize you. You are open-minded, motivated, empathic and have joy in dealing with people. You have the willingness to train yourself regularly and develop yourself personally. Flexibility and willingness to work in shiftwork are of course for you.

Offer: Attractive remuneration: You will be paid according to the public service contract (TVöD-K). Depending on the experience, your salary as a 3-year-old examinated nursing skill (degree group P8, level 2 to 6) is monthly between € 3.701,21 and € 4.488,98. Supplements: In addition, you will receive an allowance for the scale adjustment (131,20 €/month), a care supplement (141,82 €/month) as well as allowances for shiftwork or alternating shiftwork and supplements for night, holiday and weekend work. We pay 5.7% of your gross salary per month to the supplementary pension fund. Working hours: To ensure a minimum occupation, you work in three shifts during a 4-day week: early service (10 hours), late service (4.25 hours) and night service (9.50 hours). Introduction: We work extensively into the processes of forensic psychiatry. Continuing and continuing education: Benefit from extensive internal and external training such as courses in forensic psychiatry or deescalation management.
