Assistant Manager Payroll & HR-Services

You shape and manage our HR processes from contracting to payroll for a fixed group of employees from the sales region Germany In doing so, you take responsibility in the creation of contracts and documents, in the time economy and in the certification and ensure the correct and timely payment You are a key partner for employees and executives You create statistics and ad hoc evaluations that support our decision-making processes You actively contribute to exciting projects You encourage smooth cooperation with authorities and external institutions within the framework of HR processes

You have a completed vocational training in the personal or commercial sector and already professional experience in the Payroll/HR environment You have experience in pay billing (preferably with SAP HCM) You work routiniert in other HR systems and Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, evaluations) and brings pleasure in thinking and optimizing processes digitally You are safe in contracting, time management and certification A high understanding of service is of course in the competent and solution-oriented care of employees and executives
