Tasks ✓ Machine operation: They take over the professional operation and monitoring of production machines during operation and ensure a uniform flow of material. ✓ Process support: They perform general support activities in the production process to actively relieve the team. ✓ Quality assurance: They take over the control of the manufactured parts, perform regular quality controls and, if necessary, take over their precise reworking (e.g. deburring or visual inspection). ✓ Disorder Removal: They help to eliminate disturbances and provide effective support in repairs and maintenance work. ✓ Hygiene and order: They carry out necessary cleaning work in the area of production and in the plants to ensure a safe and clean workplace.

Profile ✓ Training: You have completed training as a machine operator (m/w/d), machine and plant manager (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification in the industrial sector. ✓ Experience: A first professional experience as a machine operator (m/w/d) is desirable, but also motivated professionals after training are welcome. ✓ Skills: They are characterized by a rapid understanding of the incorporation of new plants and a pronounced quality awareness. ✓ Working method: A reliable, conscientious and team-oriented procedure is of course for you. ✓ flexibility: The willingness to work in the layer system (e.g. 2- or 3-layer system) brings your profile to completion optimally.
