Understanding demand, controlling orders: you analyze the information from the demand plan, align it with the actual order inputs and derive concrete measures for order processing. In case of bottlenecks, prioritise and allocate standard articles between the national companies based on forecast data – so make sure that available quantities are distributed optimally. Securely anchoring orders in the system: You collect customer and project orders in SAP (R/3 / S/4) in a timely and quality manner and ensure that all relevant information is complete, correct and plausible. This provides the basis for stable end-to-end processes in the global standard and project business. clarify cases, create transparency: You take over the commercial and technical clarification of orders, obtain missing information and agree closely with internal departments. To ensure that all participants work with clear, resilient data and keep our processes in the daily business in the river. Secure international trade: you communicate with banks, customs authorities and other institutions, apply foreign trade and customs policies securely and accompany the organisation of transports including container tracking. Through your structured approach, you support a regular, efficient and timely execution of our worldwide deliveries. Control complaints & return processes: You process international complaints and return requests, coordinate the analysis of customer reports, initiate internal testing processes and agree with quality, logistics and service. Connect interfaces, moderate escalations: You are the central contact person for Wilo subsidiaries and internal areas in order-related questions, coordinate the information flows across functions and manage customer scaling. With your solution-oriented communication, you contribute to high customer satisfaction and keep our global supply chains moving.

Expertise that combines: You have completed studies or training in trade, supply chain, BWL or a comparable field and bring first practical experience in order management, export or in a similar environment – ideally in an international context. Process understanding & Structure: You have a good understanding of end-to-end order processes - incl. Advertising and return management – work structured and service-oriented and keep track of multiple parallel processes. Digitally strong: You are safe in handling SAP (R/3 / S4) and ideally have basic knowledge in SAP APO and WILO Select; with Office 365 you work routined and use the tools to bring transparency and clarity into complex processes. Personality that creates trust: You are kind, open and binding, you like to work in the team and at eye level with different interfaces. Also in challenging situations, you remain solution-oriented and contribute with your attitude to maintaining constructive and future-oriented cooperation – in the sense of our sustainable corporate orientation. Communication in the international environment: you communicate in German and have very good English skills in word and writing, so that you can safely move in the international environment with subsidiaries, banks and authorities.
