Team Leader Production Tableting Tools (m/f/d)

As a team manager (m/w/d) Manufacturing tabletting tools, you will generally take over the tasks as a machine operator (m/w/d): After a specified production plan, you define a timely and efficient order sequence and manufacture our tabletting tools to conventional and CNC cutting machines (turning and milling). You check the availability of, for example, materials, devices and tools or arrange their provision. You equip the machines according to specifications and prepare the tools in the magazine, build them and perform settings and measurements. The quality of the workpiece is tested by you according to drawings and work plans. In case of deviations, you can carry out small corrections independently. Embossing, polishing, marking, washing and deburring of tabletting tools are also your tasks. In addition, perform small assembly activities and manual work on tabletting tools. You monitor the maintenance intervals of the machining centers. Active participation in the holistic improvement with regard to quality, throughput times, costs, work safety etc.

You have completed vocational training for the machining mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. After your training you could already gain experience in this area as well as ideally first leadership experience. You bring good SAP user knowledge and are characterized by communication strength. You carry out your work steps carefully and carry out a structured procedure. The working time in a 3-shift model is not strange to you.
