For the Landratsamt Miesbach we are looking for a/n on 01.01.2027 Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for the preparatory service for the civil service or with the preparatory service already completed During the preparation service, you will receive knowledge of your future work as an engineer (m/w/d) at the expert point for water management in theory and practice seminars. The successful completion of the qualification examination at the end of the preparation service allows you to take over into an official's relationship to rehearsal and at a lifetime if the conditions are met. The specialist body for water management is part of the technical water supervision and contact point for citizens, municipalities and planning offices in the case of water economic issues in construction, waste law and immission protection procedures, applications and advertisements, in particular: Completion of water-prone substances including monitoring (WHG, BayWG, AwSV and technical guidelines) and advice (industry, agriculture and private households) Water assessment of construction applications with regard to water-prone substances and in this context also the situation of construction projects near the water or flooding area Opinions in proceedings against water law, immission protection, civil law and commercial supervisory authority Interface function of the Landrat Office in water law Technical cooperation in water-law processes, e.g. decentralized wastewater disposal, heat pump, construction water maintenance and the water-economic assessment of construction applications in the 60 m-plant area and flood areas
