Training Manager (m/f/d)

Control the training area from our three locations and further develop it strategically and operationally North cereals at training fairs, school events and external partners around our locations Tax the recruiting of trainees, trainees, trainees and work students – from personal marketing, the execution of the selection processes to onboarding Support and develop the trainers professionally and work confidently with our works councils Continuously develop training concepts and standards, create reports and manage budget planning with

Study with a focus on personnel, pedagogy or business psychology or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant further education Including professional experience in training, personnel development or talent management as well as an instructor certificate (AdA) and driving licence (class B) Experience in recruiting, performing interviews and in the moderation and management of groups Secure handling of MS Office, ideally SAP and applicant management systems and basic knowledge in work and business constitutional law You want to move things forward, you like to network and you like to travel to our locations and events
