Self-responsible and independent planning and control of the technical building equipment in the construction of high- and turnkey buildings Economic responsibility taking into account the cost, quality and time requirements Construction site coordination with the builder, external contractors and subcontractors Implementation of quality requirements Leading entrepreneurs and external planners Organisation, coordination and management of the construction and planning meetings Examination and evaluation of tender documents Examination and coordination of work and assembly plans and audit and inventory documents Participation in eliminating planning and execution deficits commissioning incl. documentation Auditing of entrepreneurial services Implementation of deductions of subcontracting services in accordance with the VOB including Creation of the associated protocols

Training as a technician or engineer of electrical or supply technology Ideally multi-year experience in the handling of TGA services Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Self-working and high organisational capacity High technical opinion Enforcement and communication strength Conflict and solution-oriented thinking Teamability, performance and responsibility Safe occurrence vis-à-vis clients and subcontractors Very good computer skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
