(Senior) Marketing Manager Performance & Growth in a growing e-commerce company (m/f/d)

As (Senior) Growth & Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for the brand ''Your Mass Production'', you take the wheel for our customer growth. You are not a pure budget manager, but you are actively driving our performance channels, questioning the status quo and bringing our marketing to the next level. Paid Media Ownership: You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of our performance channels with a clear focus on Paid Search Ads (Google & Bing) and Meta. In addition, you can scale our activities on Pinterest and influencer marketing. Data, Attribution & BI: You control our marketing data-driven based on our Attributions software (GetKlar), meet decisions ROAS, MER and CAC-oriented, optimize our attribution models and continuously expand our BI and Reporting landscape. Agency Control & Creative Processes: You lead and challenge our performance and content agencies at eye level. You know the agency business accurately, question strategies and reportings critically, give targeted impulses for creative writings and take over the final release for performance content. CRO, product pulses & growth levers: From your campaign and funnel insights, you continuously identify new growth levers. You work closely with our e-commerce management and product development to develop landing pages, configurators and products in a targeted manner. AI & Automation: You anchor AI tools and automations deeply into your daily marketing workflows – from ad creation to attribution analysis to automated reporting. You work closely with the managing director. Thanks to short decision-making, you can quickly implement ideas and actively promote your topics. Your tasks have a direct influence on the success of the company – with a high degree of self-responsibility and the freedom to design your topics independently.
