You process reservation requests by phone, email and online booking system with professionalism and attention to detail You will advise potential guests on room types, prices, packages and hotel facilities You carefully process your bookings and make sure that all guest preferences and special requests are recorded and forwarded to the relevant departments Manage and update the hotel's reservation system and maintain the availability of rooms in real time Cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth run for guests, from arrival to checkout You support the upselling of room upgrades and additional services to maximize sales You process booking changes and cancellations efficiently and adhere to the hotel policies You answer guest requests and problems immediately and professionally confidentiality of guests and compliance with data protection regulations at any time You participate in regular team meetings and training to expand your skills and knowledge

You have first reception and/or reservation experience in the upscale hotel industry and bring a completed training with You have the pleasure of dealing with a demanding group of guests good English and French language skills can be of advantage Responsibility, flexibility, resilience and team skills are your strengths Communication strength and a safe occurrence are your characteristics
