Employment type: Unlimited Working hours: Full-Time Joblocation: Munich We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (f/m/div) for the development of sophisticated ASICs for consumer electronics products. You will lead engineering complex projects, manage international teams, and work closely with external partners, including foundries. Within the dedicated projects you are responsible for targets with respect to scope, time, quality and budget As a central contact person you coordinate tasks with internal and external stakeholders including foundry business partners Based on your monitoring you report the project status to relevant stakeholders You develop and implement recovery plans for unforeseen occurrences You lead, support and motivate a cross functional team in an international and global environment

Personality: Enthusiastic and creative team player, willingness to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment, assertive and analytical Working Style: Quality oriented, independent working style; clear and stake-holder oriented communication Experience and Knowledge: Deep knowledge of mixed signal ASIC design and semi-conductor processes required; minimum 5 years of professional experience in IC development and several years of experiences in leadings a team in technical projects Languages: Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1) language skills beneficial Education: M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering / Physics or comparable qualification
