IT/OT Security Expert (m/d) You are the central contact person within CoE Automation, Digital & Service Solutions for all questions about product- and project-specific OT‐Security topics Participation in the creation and updating of product-related design specifications in safety aspects and their compliance Working with the development and maintenance of internal processes, guidelines and reference architectures (Policies, Tools) to ensure OT‐security Developing global functional OT‐Security concepts and strategies for verification and validation Active cooperation in the SMS‐OT Security Expert Group Coordination of OT‐Security solutions with customers and implementation in projects Conception, planning and implementation of internal and external OT‐security audits, audits and assessments Coordination of suppliers for system, hardware and software development Conception and implementation of internal training and presentations on OT‐Security topics Participation in the development of business and services for the development of market and marketing strategies and support in the development and implementation of business models for targeted commercialisation of the topic

Complete university studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science or a related discipline, alternatively a completed technician or master training or comparable. Proven professional experience in OT‐Security and automation Experience in using and developing tools for OT‐Security Solid knowledge of relevant standards and standards (e.g. IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) Experience with script languages such as PowerShell and/or Python English language skills High perception and systematic and structured functioning Very good communication, team and negotiation skills Required additional qualifications Certifications in OT/ICS or IT‐Security (e.g. IEC 62443 certifications, CISSP, GICSP) Practice with automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA) and network technology in the OT environment
