Guided tour with a wide view: you take over the disciplinary and professional management of the production teams in steel construction. In doing so, you create a powerful working environment that is geared to quality, efficiency and timeliness. Designing processes – securing the future: You continuously opt for the production processes and control strategic projects according to the principles of the Hoshin planning. Your goal: a resource-saving, innovative production that sets standards. Creating a structure – ensuring safety: You are responsible for the correct implementation of all production documents and materials and work closely with the specialist for occupational safety in order to comply with all occupational safety requirements. Take responsibility – Budget in mind: You plan and control the budget for the entire manufacturing sector and ensure that economic and qualitative goals are achieved. Promoting people – developing talents: You recognize potentials, motivate your employees and use them specifically according to their qualifications. Training/study: completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical training. (leading)experience: multi-year management experience in an industrial environment, ideally with responsibility for manufacturing, as well as sound knowledge in methods of continuous improvement. Steel construction: Multiannual professional practice in steel construction is absolutely necessary; ideally complemented by a qualification as a welding specialist*in (SFI). Personality: High level of communication and organizational strength, combined with enforcing, team capacity and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for secure communication at all levels.
