As an AMNOG-focused Manager you will be at the forefront of strategic pricing and market access consulting for the most innovative pharmaceuticals in the world - from gene & cell therapies to multi-indication blockbuster drugs. Develop national market pricing strategies for innovative pharmaceuticals, reflecting the specific market environment and requirements in the German Health Care Market. Support pharmaceutical companies in developing and executing the optimal strategy to manoeuvre through the AMNOG process (incl. HTA process and price negotiations, without writing). Act as a thought leader driving meaningful analysis as well as preparing and leading strategy workshops to prepare our clients for the AMNOG process. Perform as a responsible project manager coordination all project workstreams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Engage in business development to grow the AMNOG practice at Simon-Kucher.
University degree (master's degree in business/economics/health economics, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, law or similar) At least 2 years of work experience in the field of pricing and market access for innovative pharmaceuticals Proven experience in strategically manoeuvring innovative pharmaceutical products through the German AMNOG process. Experience with AMNOG benefit evaluation: G-BA's code of conduct, IQWIG, Key AMNOG dossier requirements. Experience in preparing national price negotiations with the GKV-SV according to §130b SGB V Strong analytical skills.
