Service Integration Manager (m/f/d)

As Service Integration Manager (m/w/d), you control the technical integration of our digital services. As a central interface between service managers, platforms, IT and development partners, you ensure seamless and internationally connected integration into the central platform and core service landscape.

You serve as a central interface between the service managers, the Head of Platform & Core Architecture, the internal IT and development partners as well as external development partners. You coordinate integration requirements, clarify technical and technical dependencies and control the integration of front-end services into the digital ecosystem.

You are responsible for the roadmap planning for the integration of the services. To do this, bundle the onboarding projects of the individual service areas, structure integration sequences and dependencies, coordinate time plans and resource needs and create transparency about decision needs. You agree with the Head of Platform & Core Architecture and support the joint prioritization of further development.

You create the necessary integration depth for individual services and systems and translate it into resilient integration concepts. To do this, you will conceive processes, roles, data flows, interfaces, authorizations, technical requirements and the transfer to the operation together with the service managers.

You control the service onboarding from the request pickup and integration planning to the tuning of the work packages up to the successful technical integration and handover into operation.

You design the international connectivity of the integration projects. In coordination with relevant international companies and partners, you take into account country-specific requirements, existing system landscapes and roll-out dependencies and support the transferability of central services to other markets.

With your technical know-how and a solution-oriented approach, you support internal stakeholders and partners in integration and interface issues. You moderate voting appointments and workshops, advise the teams involved in the use of central platform and core services and ensure compliance with defined integration, security and interface standards.

In close cooperation with internal teams and service providers, you support the continuous development of the integration landscape and help improve onboarding processes, documentation and handovers.

You have completed their studies in the fields of business informatics, computer science, economic engineering or comparable qualifications.

In addition, you have experience in project or integration management, in digitization or in software development - ideally in a platform, e-commerce or digital service environment.

In addition, you have knowledge in digital ecosystems as well as in the handling of interfaces and system landscapes, such as APIs, SSO, PIM, ERP or SAP systems.

A structured, binding and service-oriented way of working is just as good as clear, solution-oriented communication - both in exchange with IT and external partners as well as with professional leaders and international stakeholders.

Your profile is rounded off by a good understanding of technical relationships, a high degree of coordination and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
