As a workshop manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or workshop master (mw/d) you take over the coordination and control of all mechanics, electrical and service work with the help of the employees in your area Planning and control of workshop orders You guide and motivate your workshop team taking into account the requirements and objectives you are also responsible for the training and further development of your employees Maintenance of various vehicles They contribute to improving workflows and repair methods professional handling of tools and diagnostic devices Final control of the activities carried out for completeness, cleanliness and quality

They have completed vocational training as a motor vehicle technician or comparable.
