Controller (m/w/d) for solid, regional group of companies in mobility

Our client is a medium-sized group of companies from Krumbach which, with more than 500 employees, is one of the largest passenger transport companies in southern Germany. The owner-managed group is regarded as a pioneer in sustainable electromobility in Bavaria and, in addition to the thought of sustainability, convinces above all through its positive corporate culture.

From now on we are looking for a controller (m/w/d) for this special client, which supports the group of companies with evaluations. Together with the commercial manager, you will also work on the further development of the KPI system and on the construction of a BI cockpit. Own implementation of cost and performance calculations after incorporation Participation in the business and liquidity planning and survey of the company's key figures Further development and optimization of the key number system and the processes in controlling Head of a project to build a BI cockpit Creation of regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for management Identification of potential for improvement and development of solutions proposed together with the departments involved

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics / business management, ideally with the focus on controlling and finance or a commercial training with a focus on taxes, controlling, finance or accounting Relevant, at least first, professional experience in controlling Safe handling of MS Office and Excel, ideally also with DATEV, ERP and BI software Self-employed, reliable and structured work Analytical thinkability, number affinity and solution orientation
