Intensify our group performance ambulant/stationary/care within our health insurance. What makes us think? We are a dedicated team consisting of 8 employees who, with a lot of passion and expertise, advise and accompany our customers fairly, competently and actively in all matters relating to this specialized area. You will independently process the performance management of business cases of the outpatient and inpatient area as well as the care daily money insurance including the resulting qualified correspondence. Perspectively, the processing of further business incidents of the performance area is desirable. You check the invoices, documents and reports regarding the agreed insurance cover, medical need and fees. With your specialist expertise and your empathy, you can use our customers and our sales partners by phone.

You have a completed vocational training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance. You have expertise and several years of practical experience in the field of health care in private health insurance. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications. You have a strong service orientation, good communicative skills and a safe and convincing appearance. You have a high degree of self-employment and resilience (also in telephony).
