As IT Requirement Manager (m/w/d) you are the interface between Corporate IT and BAUHAUS You carry out demand analyses, e.g. via interviews or workshops, to record the requirements of the business units with regard to software, hardware and process solutions and then describe the defined requirements, processes and structures From functional requirements, you create specialist concepts and test scenarios and maintain the corresponding requirement documentation in the sense of a complete process instruction You accompany the development and test phases, optimize requirements processes and coordinate technical requirements in terms of implementation In your daily work, you will see and create user stories, identify potentials for improvement with respect to the respective requirement and thereby agree closely with the demanding areas of expertise, so that customer-oriented IT solutions are always in focus

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or a completed study with a focus on IT or project management, e.g. Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL or Engineering First professional experience in request management or project management, ideally through certificates of detectable expertise in the mentioned area (e.g. requirements engineering, CPRE, Scrum, IPMA, Prince) Experience in creating and maintaining User Stories or Request documentation Self-contained and structured functioning, rapid expression and analytical thinking Communication strength, moderation capability and strong team, customer and solution orientation Very good German and good English skills
