Experience impressive host moments in a dedicated team of 60 employees in one of the leading houses in the region known across the borders for its family hospitality and Bavarian cuisine. 86 comfortably furnished rooms and suites, meeting and event facilities for up to 400 people, a beauty & wellness area as well as a large gastronomy with beer garden make our hotel a place for active and relaxing holidaymakers and cultural lovers.

Technical and organizational management of the kitchen and ensuring smooth workflows

Leadership, motivation and further development of our kitchen team

Creation and organisation of service and deployment plans and efficient staff allocation

Creative design and further development of our food offer for the à la carte business as well as for banquets, weddings and conferences

Active participation in the preparation and appealing presentation of our food

Responsibility for purchasing, goods management, storage and an economic food costing

Ensuring our quality standards and compliance with all hygiene and HACCP policies

Continuous optimization of the kitchen organization and close cooperation with the other departments

Completed training as a cook/kitchen and several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy

Ideally already experience in a leading position as chef or chef

Passion for high-quality cuisine and pleasure in processing fresh, regional products

Experience in the à la carte and banquet business as well as in the organisation of major events

Impressed quality and cost awareness as well as a structured and economic way of working

Leadership, organisational talent and joy in motivating and developing employees

Creativity, initiative and sense of responsibility

Team spirit, communication strength and good German knowledge and English skills
