The VEGA Grieshaber KG develops and produces level and pressure meters for the process industry and is considered a technology leader in the industry. Every 80 seconds a new VEGA device goes into operation somewhere in the world, a total of 418,000 pieces per year. Every one of them is unique.

Our sensors solve demanding measurement tasks in chemical and pharmaceutical plants, in the food industry and in drinking water supply, in sewage treatment plants and on landfills, in mining and in energy production, on drilling islands, ships and on aircraft. Planning, control and reporting of development projects Leadership of the project team and creation of the framework conditions for efficient and successful project work Monitor the progress of the project and ensure that milestones and project objectives are achieved Close cooperation with the project’s system manager for tasks such as requirements management, risk management and the implementation and monitoring of quality standards and processes Risk management and resource planning as well as setting up time, cost and capacity plans Voting different stakeholder interests Organisation and implementation of control communication within the project team Creation and presentation of regular project reports for internal and external stakeholders

Complete study of economic engineering, project management or comparable qualification Long-term professional experience in the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects, ideally in software or product development Multiannual experience in the guidance of a project team Deep knowledge of common project management methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, PRINCE2 Embossed problem solving and logical thinking Organizational and coordination talent and a strategic way of thinking Impressed communication strength in German and English
