Job number: CAR0000064 CARS Technik & Logistik GmbH is a fully consolidated subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG, based in Wiedemar and employs around 230 employees. As a link between fleet operators, wholesale and retail levels of Mercedes-Benz AG, it supports customers with competent technical and logistic services around the automobile. The range of services extends over the entire value chain in fleet and used vehicle management. In addition, CARS Technik & Logistik GmbH is a construction company for various vehicle sizes. We are now looking for a working student (w/m/d) Finance SAP S/4HANA with a weekly working time of 15-20 hours. As part of our ongoing S/4HANA transformation project, you support the local project management to ensure transparency, structure and quality in the course of the project. In this role, you work closely with the project management, the departments, our external partners and the group interfaces (Mercedes-Benz AG). In addition, you have the opportunity to participate in the Accounting & Controlling team and take on various tasks, such as monthly reporting, process documentation, and various topics from the daily operating business. This role is ideal for students who like to structure, organize, think ahead and take responsibility.

Your tasks in detail:

1. Support of project management in the introduction of/conversion to SAP S/4HANA Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of project dates Working with project plans, status reports, presentations and decision templates Documentation of technical requirements and exchange with stakeholders Support for tests (test cases, test documentation, result logs) Research and content preparation for relevant SAP modules
2. Team Accounting & Controlling support Participation in the creation of the monthly management report (data preparation, analysis, commentary) Documentation and maintenance of processes, working instructions and standard reports General support in the daily business of Accounting & Controlling (e.g. data management, preparation of presentations)
