(Junior) Sales Representative Foot & Ankle (m/f/d)

Up and expansion of our market position in the field of Foot & Ankle (foot and ankle joint) in predominantly clinics and hospitals, but also outpatient centres in the Greater Berlin as well as parts of Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony (e.g. Dresden, Zittau, Wolfsburg). Training and consulting of doctors and surgical personnel to use our foot and ankle products within the traumatology product group – both in the surgery and in workshops. Comprehensive support for existing customers and active, strategically planned new customer acquisitions. Conduct negotiations with doctors, clinic administrations and department stores. Analysis of market and competition developments for the continuous optimization of sales measures in cooperation with marketing. Up and expansion of networks, including the maintenance of contacts to key opinion leaders, as well as representation at trade fairs and congresses.

Required: Complete study of medical technology, health economics, physiotherapy, engineering or economics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in hospital or healthcare. Passion for the distribution of demanding products in need of explanation. Communication strength and ability to build networks at different hierarchical levels. Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, solution orientation, excellent organizational ability. High customer and service orientation coupled with absolute reliability. German and very good English skills. Ownership of a valid class B licence. Preferred: Industry knowledge in medical technology or in health care, for example through an activity as surgical assistance (OTA), physiotherapy or in a comparable function. Experience in the sales service for products in need of explanation. Detectable successes in building and developing regional markets as well as in attracting new customers and building long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
