About us Restaurant with approx. 200 seats, terrace with approx. 30-40 seats and beer garden with about 250 seats. Location: On the outskirts of the village, in an old mill, directly on the water in 74321 Bietigheim. We are a restaurant that, as our name says, concentrates mainly on carvings in different variations. Everything is fresh daily and prepared according to a specific recipe. For the creative moments in the kitchen and also as a change for the regular guest, we supplement the offer with weekly and monthly cards. Here we also offer seasonal dishes and other changing dishes. For larger reservations, we are still required with special menu items.

We offer you: We offer a safe workplace with very good pay. Our employees have been loyal to us for many years, which is probably due to the pleasant working atmosphere. Of course there are also the usual gastronomic services such as food and of course the tip.

This could soon be your tasks: We are looking for the cook prepared with the help of cooks and some kitchen helpers to our guests delicious dishes. We are specialized in many variations on Schnitzel, supplemented with other dishes from German and regional cuisine.
