Our client is an established company in the real estate sector with an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial properties. For many years, the company has been developing, managing and operating its own real estate and stands for long-term stock orientation as well as stable structures. As part of the further development of the real estate management, we are looking for a dedicated personality that supports the team in the commercial support of the real estate. Your chance to take responsibility In this position you play a central role in the commercial management of residential and in particular commercial real estate. You work closely with tenants, service providers and internal contact persons and contribute to the structured and reliable functioning of the real estate management. Commercial administration of residential and commercial properties Compilation and verification of additional cost accounting Maintenance and management of leases Communication with tenants, suppliers and service providers Processing of rent surveys and general administrative tasks

Completed commercial training service-oriented, binding communication professional, solution-oriented and powerful appearance safe handling of contracts, deadlines, additional cost logic Experience with ERP/Property Management Systems is beneficial knowledge of rental law for industry, service provider control and reporting

Attractive remuneration within the framework of EUR 65,000–75,000 gross p.a. depending on the experience and scope of responsibility.
