As part of the strategy department, which directly contributes to the management, you support the evaluation of internal key figures for managing business development, as well as the implementation of market and competition analyses. You plan and develop Power BI Reports, analyze the data processed in it, and derive sound recommendations for action. You actively support the preparation of presentations for top management, research and organizational activities. You work closely with various stakeholders from management, strategy, IT and disciplines and support the cross-departmental vote. You are part of an ambitious, interdisciplinary team with a very collegial and friendly team.

You are studying in the Bachelor/Master in the fields of technical BWL, VWL, BWL, business informatics, mathematics or a comparable analytical degree program. In addition to your studies, you have already gained first practical experience, ideally in the context of strategy, business intelligence, consulting or controlling, and you are characterized by a structured and organized way of working. You address questions independently and solution-oriented and are able to explore new topics and content through targeted research. Ideally, you have first knowledge of Power BI or bring the motivation to acquire it within the framework of our training concept. You have advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. You have very good German knowledge on at least C1 level. You can ideally support us with an average of 20 hours a week, taking into account your exam phases. You’re a real team player – you’re enjoying the collaboration because you’re helpful and valuable in dealing with others.
