You are responsible for the further development and control of the continuous improvement process (KVP) in the context of our network construction projects. You identify optimization potentials in project and line processes, for example through Lessons Learned Workshops. You analyze existing processes and identify potential for improvement and existing knowledge gaps. You are responsible for deriving and implementing concrete improvement measures. You plan and carry out workshops and training on CVP methodology and work closely with project teams, specialist departments and quality management. You ensure the application of KVP methods (e.g. PDCA cycle) in knowledge management and ensure that, in turn, knowledge management findings contribute to the further development of these methods. You develop and implement key figures for the success measurement of the CS actions and are responsible for the preparation of reports and the presentation of results at management level.

You have a degree in economic engineering, engineering, quality management and a similar degree course or a comparable qualification. You have experience in process management, CVP or knowledge management. You bring experience in the application of KVP methods (Lean Management, Six Sigma, PDCA cycle, etc.). You have well-founded knowledge of process optimization and modeling and optimally experience in supporting complex (construction) projects. You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills, a structured way of working and a high level of implementation. You are sure to deal with MS Office and ideally have experience with project management tools. You have moderation and presentation skills to manage workshops and presentation at all levels and have communication strength and the ability to inspire people for changes.
