This is what we expect as project manager Transformation Claims Processes (m/w/d) Data-driven further development of the comprehensive damage process of the future “Happy Path” and the technical architecture as a common target for damage in Germany Control of the overarching portfolio, orchestration of technical prioritization and roadmap to ensure joint delivery of scalable damage processes across the board Designing, developing and driving the successful implementation of Happy Path in Damage Germany in all facets through innovative technologies Handling strategic problems through close coordination with higher management Continuous Stakeholder Management and Establishment of Sustainable Relations with Various National and International Stakeholders in Damage Germany, Allianz Versicherungs-AG and Allianz Group Companies in a Dynamic Environment Agiles project management and close interconnection with product managers and developer teams

Projektleiter Transformation Claims Processes (m/w/d) Successfully completed study of economics/informatics or comparable discipline Multiannual experience in managing (transformation) projects with high complexity, ideally in (external) consulting Deep knowledge of the application of pioneering technologies (artificial intelligence, process mining) to implement sustainable data analysis and data visualizations. High readiness and experience, changes and innovations consistently drive High level of self-employment, proactive, self-responsibility and independent solution-finding competence and explanatory and enforcement ability Proven knowledge in the application of agile methods and frameworks Proven experience in stakeholder management and strong communication skills also at higher management levels (safe for negotiation in German and English) Knowledge of the insurance industry is advantageous
