The Institute for Medical Training (IHF) is an institution of the Hausärztinnen- und Hausärzteverband (more than 30,000 members) and develops and organizes structured and innovative event formats for domestic doctors and their practice team – whether congresses with 1000 participants, regional nursing days in the federal territory, day workshops or further education, training weeks and weekends abroad in Europe. Every year, the IHF renews its goal of placing and developing market-oriented training formats. At the same time, training is characterized by a high level of practical relevance, evidence-based knowledge and product neutrality.

You support our team in organizing and implementing training events for domestic doctors as well as practical teams – from congresses to webinars and e-learnings Event preparation: You take place and referent:internal enquiries, coordinates agreements with internal and external contact persons:inside and supports certification processes Implementation on site/online: You help in the participant management, attendeee Referent:in and talk to the team for smooth processes Refurbishment: You support evaluations, the dispatch of certificates of participation/certificates and documentation You are the first contact person for participants and customers: by phone, e-mail and personal contact – and answer questions in a friendly, binding and solution-oriented manner You're puggling and updating customer data in the CRM system, supported in research and keeps information structured

You are immatricated (e.g. BWL, Health Management, Communications/Event Management, etc.) and are looking for a sin-making student:inside office in healthcare You have the pleasure of organising events/event management, you take part and stay structured in many parallel tasks You work reliably, carefully and take responsibility – promises and deadlines are binding for you You are highly communication-oriented, service-oriented and go with people appreciation, empathy and professional around You are safe in MS Office (in particular Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally have first touch with CRM systems – or learn quickly You don't have to know everything, but want to learn everything
