Shipbuilding Workers (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the workplace design, optimization and safety of work and health in your area of responsibility. In your role as the first shipbuilding planter (m/w/d), you are responsible for the verification of the qualification and the plant deployment planning in your area. You prepare the work for your area and are responsible for processing in time, cost, quality. The completeness control and control of the work results are also your tasks. If you're looking for sections with Sokkia and Laser, you're missing sections and working on them. You are in direct contact with the master (m/w/d), tune with the interfaces at the shopfloor level and guide your shopfloor round with the workers (m/w/d). You guide further education and exams for your employees.

You have completed vocational training as a structural mechanic metal (m/w/d). Multiannual professional experience and ideally also first professional leadership experience you could already collect. A good understanding of the reading of drawings is what distinguishes you. First knowledge on the subject of occupational safety, e.g. in the establishment of jobs and the instruction of employees, you bring. Knowledge of SAP and CAD programs is also advantageous for you. Your strength is the organization and improvement of process processes from design to final product. Team skills and leadership will complete your profile.
