Team Leader IT Infrastructure

We are currently looking for qualified teamleaders and IT leaders (m/w/d). The focus is on leadership individuals who ensure ongoing IT operations, who guide employees professionally and disciplinaryly and at the same time develop processes, systems and structures sustainably.

Professional and organisational leadership of the IT infrastructure team and active support in the further development of employees Ensuring stable, secure and efficient IT operation in the areas of servers, networks, clients and IT security Responsibility for the administration, optimization and strategic development of the entire IT infrastructure landscape Support and further development of the Windows server environment as well as the network, firewall and security infrastructure Responsibility for the design, implementation and ongoing optimization of backup, recovery and emergency concepts Ensuring and further developing IT security architecture taking into account internal standards and relevant compliance requirements Planning, control and operational support of IT projects as well as active participation in cross-departmental projects Coordination and control of external IT service providers, partners and suppliers Close cooperation with other departments and IT teams to continuously improve IT services and processes Documentation, standardization and optimization of IT processes, structures and system landscapes Participation in the strategic orientation and future-oriented development of internal IT

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable training with corresponding multiannual professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure Multiannual practical experience in IT infrastructure and ideally first or already well-founded leadership experience in a comparable position Funded knowledge in the fields of server, storage, virtualization, network, cloud platforms and IT security Good knowledge of modern security and infrastructure concepts such as zero-trust architecture, identity & access management, backup and disaster recovery strategies Experience in IT service management as well as a good understanding of stable, safe and efficient IT operating processes Professional, methodological and social competence in the management and further development of employees Impressed analytical and strategic thinking and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working High level of communication, organisational skills and decision-making Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
